Sean Hoffman Co-Founder, CEO
Sean is the CEO and Founder of AVANZOS. He is a parent of a child with special needs that is also medically fragile. As a parent, he has first-hand experience in having trouble accessing the appropriate support needed for his daughter to progress in the public school system. AVANZOS was launched for children with disabilities who have trouble accessing quality educational and behavioral services. Sean is also an Air Force veteran who has dedicated over 18 years of service.
Flor De Amelia Lizette Hoffman MS, MEd, BCBA, LBA
Flor De Amelia "Lizette" Hoffman is the Program Director of AVANZOS. She earned her M.Ed. in Special Education at George Mason University, M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis at Northeastern University, and her B.S in Microbiology at Iowa State University. Lizette is a 2nd year PhD student in The Chicago School's Applied Behavior Analysis program. She uses both of her backgrounds as a Certified Special Education Teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be a strong Educational Consultant for underserved and underrepresented communities across the United States. Lizette's motivation and determination for quality services stems from her personal journey as a mother of a child diagnosed with autism that is also medically fragile due to a catastrophic form of epilepsy.
